How to register

The registration is available online.
Participants are requested to fill out the registration form:

until May 14^th, 2023 (early registration)
until June 11^st, 2023 (registration closing)

The registration is required before submitting an abstract. The conference fee can be paid later (after the notification of the abstract acceptance), using the link provided in the email confirming the registration. Please note that the fee is applied according to the day of the payment, not to the date of the registration. Cancellation policy

Any cancellations of registration should be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat to: bionano8@mazurkas.pl
Cancellations received no later than April 30^th, 2023 will be refunded less 50% of paid amount.
Cancellations received after April 30^th, 2023 will not be refunded.
Refund will be paid after closing the conference.
If refund is applicable, a cancellation notice must include your full bank account details.

The Conference organizers will not be obliged to compensation in case of no show or to reimburse the Participants' costs to participate in the BioNano8-2023 Conference.
